@1.20 No….the heart of the movie is Lupita’s journey both physically and emotionally in the film. Joseph did his job to assist her journey.

Both of these actors are very charismatic and personable, every move can be taken as flirty, but that doesn't mean they are flirting. But they do have great chemistry together, A quiet place isn't really that type of movie, but I hope they can do another one together where they play romantic leads. I hope I get to see a quiet place this weekend. I will say the whole franchise reminds me of the Cloverfield series.

Lupita is like this with all her male co-stars whether it's Chadwick Bosman, Michael B Jordan or Mbaku Winston now it is Quinn. She just has a way of making chemistry with them. I was really convinced she was dating Chadwick, If she ever decides to write a tell all book am sure a chapter or two would be dedicated to their 'friendship' wink wink.

I think the difference is, he's completely matching her energy. It could be because he's single. Or younger. Or he's just besotted with her. 😉

Everyone talks about how touchy these two are and speculate there is something romantic between them. But watching other interviews starring Joseph Quinn, he seems to be a touchy guy. I think it's just his love language. I feel like that's the truth for most British people. They seem to love touch. :)

I agree. Most mature people who are not concerned about others’ opinions are comfortable being close with friends in public spaces. This behavior is common off camera, but it is rare on camera due to flirting and dating rumors. I don’t think they are interested in each other romantically; they are simply friends who prefer physical touch. Platonic touching is possible.

Exactly! She's dating Joshua Jackson anyway. They're just two actors who clearly become friends and are warm and comfortable with each other. ❤

Exactly! Also, if you watch interviews/interactions with him and Jamie Campbell Bower, they are just as touchy. One of the reasons, I speculate it’s just their love language. I think Andrew Garfield is that way. Tom Hiddleston a little bit? It might be a part of British culture. Like they touch and it means something different than it does to Americans. I think it’s very sweet though.
