I like how the themes _try_ to fight each other but end up harmonizing, like how the two teams often work together against the aliens who are also after the Collection.

@@hta5172 It's not just you. The Patranger lyrics are drawn out and kind of in the background, not helped by being a bit more repetitive. The Lupins are a bit more in the foreground, presumably because they have more lyrics. It's actually kind of fitting because cops are (usually) down to earth and methodical while Phantom Thieves pride themselves on being flashy.

Anyone else notice that the lyrics perfectly described the season? First verse is as if the Patrangers have just found the Lupinrangers which is reflective of the season's opening scene and chase. Second verse is an arguement with poorly veiled threats and the third until the reprise is as if they've agreed that they're both working towards noble goals. A lot of Sentai openings have vague at best lyrical connections to thier season (eg Kyuranger's being about space journeys or Zyuohger's about nature in general).

@@lorddrayvon1426 Yep, though I'd argue the middle is less about threats and more the two sides acclimating to each other. The Patranger using new tech or their detective training to counter the thieve's audacious plans while the Lupins realize they have to take the cops seriously when they were dismissive in the early part of the song. Also, both parts of this song were released by themselves, but are pretty lame as singles. It's only when they're sung together that they shine. Nice touch by the music team.
Maybe in the future they could do another season that consists of two teams.. it's either two teams of five members each or otherwise 3-4 members.

The story was pretty damn good. The main flaws was that the Lupins got too much love while the Patos barely had anything.

In the fanfic adaptation I’m writing, there is justice for the Patos. Remember when the Patrangers were forming PatKaiser and Kairi yeeted Keiichiro out? Well, there is now going to be a time when the Lupins form Lupinkaiser and Keiichiro yeets Kairi out. Lol

I really hope that they do another 2 team season. If they ever do, I hope that they don't shaft one of the teams like they did with Patrangers. It's a pretty damn good concept, even if its a little cliche.

yeah, the premise of this sentai was promising, kinda dissapointed with the direction of the story though, where the stakes for lupinranger seems so little (little episodes for the actual story to progress) and about the patranger part, i agree. it feels like the lupins get the better treatment and development than the patrens, kinda sad for that part

@@borealfirewall5709 Not just Morphers. Each piece is based on a weapon or changer used by a previous Sentai. Some are specific to a certain Ranger from each team, like the pink-and-white boot-shaped trinket that resembles Pink Flash's crystal greaves. It's kind of like the Treasures from _Boukenger,_ but instead of only _some_ of the items being Sentai weapons/morphers (like the Magilamp), all of them are (or based on them).

They totally could have gotten spin offs both teams had a lot to offer even as individuals, both Reds we're fun to watch and the other rangers could use more screen time to be better fleshed out, Noel especially, the way the series ended he still felt like a big mystery.

I feel like they should've been consecutive seasons Patranger was it's own season Lupinranger was it's own season Even a spin-off would potentially cause friction, hence my statement that it would've been better had both had their own run

Old Sentai series, the show Power Rangers is adapted from. Power Rangers won't adapt it because "Thieves can't be Rangers" According to Hasbro and Saban If you can watch subtitles I HIGHLY recommend this season Lupinranger VS Patranger And ToQGer Both are worth a watch 🤘

放送開始前はこの設定うまくいくのかなと思ったけど、ほんと面白かった。

結局、ルパンレンジャーに子どもたちの人気が集中してしまい パトレン側のマシンのはずだった「サイレンストライカー」という トリガーマシンが急遽ルパンレンジャー側のマシンに変更される 事態となりましたからね.......

@@eebt47 たしかにサイレンストライカーはルパンレンジャーのアイテムとして扱われたからこそ、ここぞという場面でパトレンジャーが使ってくれた時の感動が凄くなったし、逆にそういう事があったからこそパトレンU号の出番はあったしね。

むしろパトレン側に強化アイテム少なかったからこそ泥臭さが映えたし最終回のスーパーパトレン一号とかめちゃくちゃカッコよくなってたから個人的には好き
大和屋さんの脚本が印象的でした。クリスマスにシャケを食えは毎年のクリスマスの恒例になりましたからね

テコ入れでお宝つながりでルパンレンジャーの味方でゴーカイジャー、警察つながりでパトレンジャーの味方でデカレンジャーも出して欲しかった。

マイナス壱号が白一色 ルパンブラックが黒一色 ダイヤルファイター 04番トリッキーブラック トリガーマシン 04号 クローシャベル という予定が建てられてたにもかかわらず 実現しなかった理由としては 堅実で優しく警察として 銭形警部の様な朝加圭一郎が 闇落ちする理由がない もしこの白一色の パトレンマイナス壱号 が闇落ちする展開があったならば 初の黒じゃないものが 闇落ちする初のパターンだな ブラックを差し色とする ルパンレンジャー達に 黒の戦士を作るとしたらね 出す理由が見当たらない 赤青黄色にもう一色出すなら 黄緑だろうか？ 赤緑桃色にもう一色出すなら 紫色かな？ なんかVシネで作られそうな 予感がしている

ToQGer is my #1 but Lupinranger VS Patranger and Dairanger are kinda tied for second in my opinion 🤘
Crossover ideas 1: Kiramager vs Lupinranger vs Patranger 2: Lupinranger vs Patranger vs Zyuohger
I really hope that they do another 2 team season. If they ever do, I hope that they don't shaft one of the teams like they did with Patrangers. It's a pretty damn good concept, even if its a little cliche.

yeah, the premise of this sentai was promising, kinda dissapointed with the direction of the story though, where the stakes for lupinranger seems so little (little episodes for the actual story to progress) and about the patranger part, i agree. it feels like the lupins get the better treatment and development than the patrens, kinda sad for that part

I just remembered that the Lupin Collection items are all named after songs, and that reminded me that many of the Stands from _JoJo_ are also named after songs and bands and that one of them is named Red Hot Chili Pepper and there's another one that _should_ be named Red Hot Chili Peppers, based on its appearance, but isn't, and I can't remember what its actual name is.

@@borealfirewall5709 Not just Morphers. Each piece is based on a weapon or changer used by a previous Sentai. Some are specific to a certain Ranger from each team, like the pink-and-white boot-shaped trinket that resembles Pink Flash's crystal greaves. It's kind of like the Treasures from _Boukenger,_ but instead of only _some_ of the items being Sentai weapons/morphers (like the Magilamp), all of them are (or based on them).

They totally could have gotten spin offs both teams had a lot to offer even as individuals, both Reds we're fun to watch and the other rangers could use more screen time to be better fleshed out, Noel especially, the way the series ended he still felt like a big mystery.

I feel like they should've been consecutive seasons Patranger was it's own season Lupinranger was it's own season Even a spin-off would potentially cause friction, hence my statement that it would've been better had both had their own run

Old Sentai series, the show Power Rangers is adapted from. Power Rangers won't adapt it because "Thieves can't be Rangers" According to Hasbro and Saban If you can watch subtitles I HIGHLY recommend this season Lupinranger VS Patranger And ToQGer Both are worth a watch 🤘

変な歌だよなぁ。戦隊モノってジェットマンとかジュウレンジャーとかハリケンジャーみたいに2〜3回聞けばすぐ覚えられるようなOPじゃないと駄作だよね
