Tbh, he did try to be the hero Kallen wanted to be. He saved and helped a lot people, but one day he realized it's not enough to fill the gaping hole in his heart, which is why he started looking for ways to revive Kallen and the rest is history. I won't say he's a good person, but I won't say he's evil as well. Such a complex character

I think Loucha is prob what Otto would’ve ended up as if he didn’t obsessed with Kallen, or thought “I should do some fucked up shit to humanity.” To get what he needed to try to change fate.. So far, Otto seems to have taken a different fate in this world then his original fate in HI3, but that brings up another question and concern: *who took Otto’s original path.* And if it ends up being a worst answer, we might be in it big time…

I just honestly want Luocha not to be evil, if he is the hsr equivalent to Otto, I want him to be happy, knowing what Otto has done, though I hate him, it also makes me want him to have a happy ending. Knowing hoyo, this clowns gonna suffer no matter what. Just let this fucker be happy.

That will be his third time in trying to destroy the world and the way he protect the little girl feel kinda similar to the way kallen die trying to protect the other little girl from the honkai

I do not know Otto much so I'm assuming Kallen is his lover of some sort. I don't want that. I want it to be someone else and Kallen is just somewhere still living in HSR till they both meet.

And there's the majority of the fanbase where they prioritize hot characters over story lol

Actually... Theresa has Kallen's soul, but it's not her, the vessel for the soul can't have the memories or act live the past Kallen. Just like Kasumi has Sakura's soul, but it's not her from memory base... And them... Sirin, that was split into two, but they only knows memories of her because of the memories in the Serenity Gem and Core of the Void, if not because of that, they would know shit about their past lives. Otto's right, the soul dissipates, but later go after a new vessel, but the vessel can't have the memories of the past life. So it's not the same person. Same as Herrscher of Corruption said to Kallen with Sakura's empty body... Her soul left a long ago, prior to Kasumi's awaken as her clone.

They plan to. Kallen, Kevin Kaslana, Durandal, and Kiana are all leaked expy's. But we don't know anything about their designs or kits, just that they'll be characters at some point in the future.

I believe loucha is not very different than otto, he may not be otto but he is probably a variation of otto of HSR universe, his kallen is might be dead in coffin, but as we see he wears the xianzho loufu type clothing, I guess his kallen is Mara struck, that is , she is dead but not dead at the same time, so the only way to save her, is kill yaoshi, as we see, he is along with jingliu to put abundance to its grave

The lines are so sus, like when i heard him sayong stuff how the dead will return and shiz, i was lile "here we go again".

Otto (HI3) more have knowledge and he know that all kallen will dead and her soul never returned in every universe.... So, Otto (HI3) must break through the laws of Imaginary Tree and creating a new branch (universe) for kallen so she can living normally without Otto. Luocha (raksha/naive otto HSR) still young, premature and naive... He still believe dead souls can get back alive again with a power... He still don't know the reality but Otto (HI3) already know it that he (all of he in the universe) will cannot bring back Kallen and decide to create a new universe for Kallen so can getting a life normally.

Poor Katsura. Was isekai from Gintama to Honkai and had to live in suffering life.

i hope he becomes otto and destroys half the honkai star rail cast, the comunity get pissed at him and then have an ending as amazing as honkai impact and everyone who hated him will cry at the end, and that would be so cool imagine luocha killing all the characters everyone likes the cry in the social media would be the best.

Couldn't get a chance to play honkai impact but watched the animated shorts that featured him , I know she didn't love him and he gave up trying to get her love but didn't know about this , at least he was dedicated to bring her back

@@hadiibrahim3880even playing the games, that story is beyond complicated. Going by the main story without any association with the open world, Kallen and Yae Sakura never even met. The open world is where the love story between Yae and Kallen happens. In the main story, Yae was long dead (over 50,000 years) before Kallen was even born. As for Otto, the two had met in the Honkai crusades in the 1500’s (also Otto is over 500 because he keeps stealing bodies and overriding them with his own) and, even though she never actually reciprocated his feelings as more than friends, he dedicated his life to save her after essentially being the end cause to her death (he released the Honkai beast that killed her).

I think i know what part of the companion quest the reply is talking about, but i got confused there because he could be using world to refer as in a whole entire universe but he doesn't want to reveal it completely. He never used any examples like the luofu and belebog, if i recall correctly it was very generalized and used the word world for the most part in an explanation the same one we know from honkai but we are used to hearing the word"universe" instead of world.

@@applyinggaming9529 On the Express (I forget the exact moment), he says his home planet is not CURRENTLY on the Express' route, meaning it used to be or is going to be in the future, meaning it is on the Star Rail.

Luocha feels like a slap in the face especially considering that he's an expy of Otto Apocalypse, arguably the one of the best written characters in HI3. Everything that Luocha is only serves to play second fiddle for some other characters. Mihoyo is banking too much on Otto's reputation just to use it to enrich anyone but Luocha.
