Thank You. I have been doing your breathing exercises every day. Some days I don’t want to, but I have. I did not take my copd as seriously as I should have, for a decade & yes my quality of life definitely suffered. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I really just wanted to keep living my life, probably with a lot of fear & denial. After my last COPD Flare up, one of the worst, and also one of the hardest to recover from. Of course I feel like I may have wasted years. that alone is so painful for me. Which is one reason, I found your videos & I am trying hard to push myself to keep following them if even once a day. The diaphragmatic breathing is like a “mantra” when I think of it, & of course I think about just every breath I take. It is becoming a bit easier & I have probably noticed small results in the past few weeks. I truly hope & pray to notice more results each day, It does seem so slow, at times so long to even recover to have energy to get up & stay up each day. Just wanted to let you know I am grateful to have found your videos

You mention breathing in and out through the nose but then you mentioned parsed lips. What method is correct?

Thank you for your question! For COPD it’s best to breathe in through your nose and out through pursed lips.
