I know, I watched an auditor in Cali get reported on and they said he had a gun and was threatening people with it and all sorts of other stuff, and kept calling every minute to bitch about why the cops weren't there yet - eventually like 17 cops showed up with a helicopter and the only thing the auditor had was his camera and its mount which one of the bosses had smashed and thrown into the bushes. The cops were so pissed about the lies that they yelled at the caller, but in the end the prosecutor eventually decided to pursue no charges for any of it, not even to pay for the camera.

I saw a video that played the 911 call in real time over the surveillance video and the caller should have been charged with manslaughter. He said he was pointing it at people and they were terrified, white the video showed him doing no such thing and people were pretty much ignoring him

When I first started watching these audit vids I was surprized at how many public employees dont understand what public means. Then I was surprized how many cops dont understand what public means. Then I was surprized how many citizens dont understand what public means. But the most shocking thing of all is how often people exaggerate when they file a report to the police, more often than not they tell flat out lies to make it sound worse than it is. I wish more auditors would include scanner traffic, otherwise you wouldnt know so much about the lies the tattleflakes tell. I have sympathy for old boy getting himself pepper sprayed but you gave him plenty of fair warning and he found out the hard way it aint near as good without a burrito or three to dilute it. But the bright side of the whole deal, he wont ever try to eat a saucy burrito with his eyes. That's one lesson you saved him from learning the hard way. So, there's that.

The best was the guy that got sauced! That's hilarious Great job!!!!

As a war veteran, I absolutely HATE other vets who do not respect and defend the very rights -first amendment-that they swore an oath to defend. I would give my life to defend the rights afforded to us by our constitution and the right to free press. Yet they do not seem to care one bit about that oath. It is an insult to all who have served and risked life and limb to defend. I'm just flabbergasted.

Lying to the police is not a crime unless you are arrested or legally detained. when you are having a consensual conversation with an officer you have no obligation to be truthful. lying while calling in a report on a 911 line is unlawful.

The 911 call never said you were recording children. It only said there were some kids crying yet the dispatch told the officers in route that you were recording children. That dispatch officer needs to be fired. Giving false information will cause officers to arrive with incorrect info and can get innocent people hurt or killed.

@@TheGoofyBuddhat’s up to us to do the prosecuting not the DAs if you haven’t noticed a lot of ppl in govt are protected by the lawyers who pull their strings in the background if you learn how the courts work (it’s not as difficult as they want us to believe it’s just a lot of information to take in and takes time to digest) you can get remedy. That’s why the courts are in place and yes they are messed up too because no one follows the rules yet if you know your rights, the criminal code and how to navigate the courts you can get remedy freedom is not free never has been and never will be.

I had to call them on this. "Im calling in regards to the gentleman who was in your office yesterday exercising his 1st ammendment rights, and your response is why the dept of children and families is one of the least trusted institutions in the nation". The woman on the phone cut me off immediately after that statement and referred me to the governors hotline to.complain. she heard what i said.

This one really upset me @pressnhnow. So many people dont want us to rights. What really blew my mind was a "20 year enlisted man" calling the bill of rights "bullshit". These military people arent fighting for their country anymore. They just fight for monetary benefit and status.

Honestly, I'd call that a pass for the police. They handled the situation exactly how it should be handled. No rights violated and just may end up arresting the guy who got sauced. I also like that you refused to press charges. Your tactics are a bit too confrontational for my liking, but you are certainly within your rights, so I can't complain either. Overall, good job!

Police did a good job on this. Didnt even detain him even though it seemed he gave them enough info to do so (admitted to pepper spraying someone and saying he was never touched)

It actually seems to work well in the final moments with the officers when he lets his hand down slightly and shows the officers that he respects their jobs and wants to help make things more productive for everyone.

I am so sick of and disgusted by all the women I see in these videos throwing out that they "feel threatened" like it's a weapon or tool to get their way. Women like this get other women hurt and/or k*lled. People see them behaving like this, and they think all women lie and manipulate to get their way. This makes people much less likely to take a woman who is ACTUALLY being threatened and needs help seriously. All bc these Karens think them getting their way is more important than women in danger getting help. It's despicable.

That vet was not bright all around. He didn't like the 1st Amendment, despite presumably honoring an oath to protect it for 20 years. He started arguing on camera with someone in the public while he was wearing company attire. And then he told the cops you're going to end up in a ditch, which would make him a prime suspect if you actually did. Genius.

they call an emergency line for a man acting completely rational. Meanwhile, they are all irrational and having panic attacks from feeling uncomfortable, while they keep saying "can I help you" , and then immediately say: "can you please leave"

Why aren’t police dispatchers questioning the caller and telling them that you have the right to film in public before they send two units? I think all dispatchers need to learn the law so they can tell callers without sending the police. Every police dispatcher seems to be uneducated on basic constitutional law. They need to be trained to be more inquisitive before wasting the taxpayers dime
