Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

In this video I test out B&B Lump Charcoal, and see how long it will last at 300 degrees. Oh Ya it’s 13 and below degree weather.

Just did a cook this past Saturday of beef short ribs and I used lump charcoal. 6 hours was also my magic number as the temps started dipping below 220 and would not go back up. Misery loves company so i was glad to find this video.

Excellent info Brother and I agree, briquettes always work better for me. Matter of a fact, I never even attempt to use lump anymore. Briquettes are a must for any type of gravity series smokers as well for the very reasons your reference in your video. Kudos and Happy Smoking 👍🏻

I use lump when I have it set up to grill. I see people asking about lump vs briquettes in groups so I figured let’s make a video.

smoked a 12 lb shoulder on my bronco about a week ago , was 12 in the early am when i started and mid 20s when i finished that evening . stock basket with wally world charcoal and apple chunks , used spg and killer hogs . was delicious as usual :) . i have gotten 11 hour cooks on 1 basket . i do want to get the big joe basket and one more OJB grate because i do 4 shoulders for our family reunion in july . the weber 18 grate is a tad small but i made it work with bolts and fender washers . the bigger basket because i needed more that the 11 hours i get on stock for those 4 shoulders . nobody knew and everybody complemented my BBQ but I KNEW just a few more hours would have made a difference . live and learn ...... take care , jeff
