With necro you can easily go 0 - 300% no food.

If you are camping the boss for kills, yes! But this "challenge" was to do the Lumbridge Strikes Back achievement which requires you to use bronze mainhand / helm / body / legs. Because of that, it is restricted to melee or range. I chose to use range with the bronze crossbow.
