Oh god how horrible, somehow he will have to get by with a meagre 6.8 billion in net worth when he could have had so much more. 😞😢 Can't imagine how much he's struggled to move on from such an injustice. This is why we need to cut taxes for all those poor souls out there with a poultry 10 figure net worth, so that one day they will be able to pull themselves up by their bootstraps to a respectable 12 figure net worth!

Common narrative when the founder is no longer part of the company they’ve built, Lululemon has lost a part of its soul and ethos in its quest for profits and ‘operational excellence’. They’ve diverged more and more away from what makes them great

Great interview. Honestly I don’t think Chip should have ever stepped down from lululemon. Lulu has really changed over the years… it’s moving towards fast fashion - street wear.

So if one is wearing Lululemon clothing, and decides to have a coke or pepsi, is he going to tell them to stop wearing and buying the Lululemon clothing? If he is dissatisfied with those who consume soda/ sugar, wearing a certain brand of clothing, then that clothing should not be available to the public. It's nice to "want" folks to be healthy, but this is currently a mostly free country, where folks are allowed to make choices for themselves when it comes to what they decide to ingest.....

He’s basically just giving a middle finger to the woke movement and people pushing for inclusivity everywhere, albeit very unhealthy. By appealing to everyone, especially an overweight customer base, there’s nothing distinguishable about your brand. He’s completely right and has the balls to say that.

I have a pair of golf pants that i bought from 5 years ago, but he's right about them men's selection now. It's very effeminate and becoming ultra designer, targeted towards a college age hipster who wears a beanie and sits inside a coffee shop@@KaylaA4344

I don't believe that Chip has any need to apologize about him whom built his own company, making his own brand and producing products from his own company with his own money having his own set of audience and target that he wants to sell to. Do you, personally whom is reading this right now, wants to walk up to a founder of a baby store and demand that those people make and sell you a clothing or shoe size that is your own size being an adult and start arguments with them because its not specifically having things targeted for you. If you tell them, "how dare you sell baby things and not fashion things for me or a teenager like purses, shoes or jewelry!" Even though you would be the one going to a specific targeted company with a specific type of audience and create problems. So f+++ucking ridiculous. DEI in my opinion needs to go away. Its not logical. I stand by Chip on this issue.

He's no longer relevant. Not sure why we need to focus on people who had a good past but have done ZERO since then. Let's move on... appreciating Chip seems to have problems moving on from the spotlight. Just live your own life quietly away from the public unless you've done something significant recently.
