Hi Lulu We trimmed then ended up binning our intro. Now, just a logo with 5 seconds of music. We saw that people were tuning out during the long intro and not watching any of the vid. Now I edit everything super hard and delete any sections of the clips with no context. I have cocked up with KZread by having too many videos with different subjects, so KZread doesn't know who to recommend the vids to. I will pause the channel for a while and will make content soon with my KZread Studio settings adjusted, so that KZread doesn't just send my vids to subscribers only in the first instance. If your subs don't watch the vid, then KZread won't forward it to other external viewers. Cheers

Yes I was thinking of trimming it right back for within the videos. Do you think having the trailer as a separate video is ok though, so viewers can see a brief introduction of what the channel is about?

@luluandjay_escapetothailand bloody hell girl! You've been busy! KZread page looks great! Nice organisation of All old vids have Ep # at the end of the title! It works best on new vids, once they are on the system the old vids flounder a bit. Losing the Episode should gain bulk extra views on the new vids. Find some tutorials on KZread for small channels hun!👌👌👌👌🍻❤️🇦🇺
