Luke slapped an RBI single up the middle for his first Little League hit. The Lugnuts went on to complete the season as 2019 Champions of Katy American Little League’s 9-11 year old division. Luke had just turned 9 before the season began.

This was one of his first ever games and the coaches and teammates treated him really, really well. They won the championship and Luke was named Rookie of the Year. His team was the Lugnuts (named for the Lansing Lugnuts) and they won the championship this past season, too!
