Being interviewed is an uncomfortable situation because you have to answer specific questions on the spot so naturally it doesn’t flow too well. Luke does much better in conversational interviews like someone mentioned above with the DC check-in. There was another interview he had with Derek Moneyberg that was also really good cause they were basically just talking.

@@pcostyle11 it comes down to diet and Luke has insane genetics. But he literally has a lady who brings him and prepares every meal. I’m not on Luke’s level but a step or two below. I don’t train crazy hard. I just always eat clean and have good gentetics. Someone could workout way more than me but I would probably still look better. It’s not that hard to have a low body fat

@@brennonolson7650 yeah i agree and we still have to work our normal job. my friend also had crazy good genetics too , he was benching 8x225 at 18 y/o after 3 months of training natural at around 185 6"2 . I know its nothing crazy but it was a nice motivation to train with him. Good for you dude !
