A new behind the scenes video from the Bridgerton season 3 cast photoshoot after the premiere was recently shared. Interestingly, fans were once again distracted by the moment between Nicola and Luke, who were seen hugging as if they had just met after years apart.
Fans found it adorable, as Luke and Nicola hugged tightly and swayed from side to side as if they really missed each other, even though they had only been apart for 5 minutes.
In fact, Luke Newton doesn't like hugs, but he once revealed that Nicola's hugs are very warm.
Additionally, it’s known that they have been friends for 5 years, since 2019. Luke also once revealed that Nicola was the second person, after his mother, to whom he shared the good news about his role in Bridgerton season 3.
At this point, for Luke, Nicola has become one of the closest people in his life.

I do not actively ship them (or any real people, actually); neither am I saying that they're more than friends or have got to have romantic feelings for one another.
