I think during perfect harmony when her hands go through his that's her brain fighting the emotions. When she accepts that she has strong feelings for him then they are able to connect, hence the shudder. That song was her accepting her crush on him. I think Edge of Great was him accepting his feelings for her. How sad he looked when she didn't come over to him at first, then when she finally looks at him you can see it on his face.
I am convinced that this song was actually written about Juke and never anyone else, i am EMOTIONAL

i may not be a teenager but the best thing ive ever watched love julie and the phantoms cast is brilliant i think there should be happy endings would like to see luke and julie together there is so much chemistry between them not just the music there so much more id like to see them all find happiness cant wait for the next one i could listen to music all day every day and watch it to when u have lost someone in your life and you find chemistry and a connection with someone you hold on to it
