It definitely does. Iv know this song for yrs but recently have started experiencing the emotional side behind it and one day while I was fighting to fall asleep it popped up as a suggestion and it couldn’t have been more of a perfect time. It really does help knowing your not crazy and other people have experienced the same emotions and they are relevant no matter how much your parter try’s to convince your just overreacting

2020 I'm still listening. My husband passed away 8 days shy of his 38th birthday, 19 years ago. He was my soul mate, my best friend. He was 37 years old. I will miss him everyday for the years I have left. I raised our daughters alone, they are good people. Some say remarry. You got that right I been dealing with depression for the longest and its bc sometimes I can't make my mind up on if I want to stay with the person I'm with on one side I feel like there is something she hides from me and it plays games with my head the other it feels like the way she acts is ok and nothing is wrong like it makes me feel like she loves me but wants to move on but will not say it she just rarely gives these hints but at the same time she isn't so idk wtd tbh I just want something real and a girl that's in to everything that I like or at least some things I feel like ppl push me away in a suger and and sprinkles type way like in a nice way of saying idc or no one cares type way and it makes me feel like every person I meet is going to just keep doing it till I get the hint that I am better off dead somewhere or alone forever

I was 14 when I played this song for him not even feeling it but hearing it . 11 years later I finally can feel it . Brings me to tears each time

I don't know how it's even possible, but country music can make me kinda nostalgic for a world I've never been and never seen. It calms down and gives a feeling of infinity of time as if our life is not so short at all. It gives me meaning and desire to keep living through this difficult time

True love is a choice. True love takes effort. We have to choose to want to be with that person and put in the effort to make it work. It won't be easy and there will be plenty of hard times, doubts, struggles, and frustration. But, what is worth it is never easy,. Should you choose to go for it, the reward will be worth it.

Yes, it does hurt so badly that you will do anything to. Escape from the pain. I lived with it for a very long time cause I had kids with him and I was terrified of leaving..but I am in a much better place now. And Alive!!!

The greatest songs are those whose words are clear and whose lyrics have everlasting meaning. A time I wish we could return to.

The sucky thing about being in love is it feels so damn good until it doesn't anymore. Until the person standing in front of you is a face you don't recognize. How one day they are telling you how much they love you and care for you then the next day no longer loves you and is entertaining someone else. Love is a gamble. You either win or lose and sometimes it feels like the losing is a bigger possibility then winning. I think I would rather save my heart and be to myself so I don't have to find out if I win or lose. My heart is shattered and even as I picked up the peices I had to tape and glue them together but there still always be the damage left behind by someone who said they loved you and would never hurt you. No more gambling for me. I gave so much trust into someone I really though was my future to just end up broke and damaged. It's not worth it anymore.
