The purpose of this interview was about Luke Bryan and his latest venture. And all they could get out of this was the title that Luke called Blake and Gwen‘s marriage special? What is wrong with this picture? They need to hire a new journalist to ask some better questions to get a better title for this. That’s horrible. And, that journalist said that Luke handled his loss with dignity and grace and that it was honorable and inspiring. But no one knows how people struggle off-camera. I thought those were definitely the wrong words to call it.

They will be fine. They’ve already been doing this for 6 years with no problems. Gwen knows how important deer hunting season is to Blake, and they plan their schedules together every year to accommodate those things. There are no surprises. This October Blake’s tour will have just finished up so he will have time to hunt, and Gwen will be doing her make up shows in Vegas. They respect one another, including passions and differences. They also prioritize being with one another even though they are busy. They balance it perfectly so each feels understood, respected, and valued. That’s why it’s worked beautifully for 6 years and counting.
