And I honestly hated it. Luke would never ask Grogu to let go of his attachments. This is Luke Skywalker, the guy who saved the galaxy because of his attachments. The only attachment he sacrificed was his attachment to his hand, and he did that whilst saving his friends

@@senseweaver01 he was still learning the ways of the force amidst all of this. Naturally his recklessness and his attachment cost him his hand and almost his life were it not for Vader’s compassion. That was his father in him. Yoda was quite clear about their similarities and warned him not to help his friends until his training was complete. The change we are seeing in Luke here is simply a more accomplished Jedi.

Just sharing fun fact. The sequel of rotj is jedi knight, jedi outcast 2. The old star wars game in 2005 if I remember correctly.

@@MrPound4Pound1 No way man. He was the hero the galaxy needed because he rose above those precepts and used his feelings to make him stronger. This is a Jedi who knows the value of feelings and connections, he wouldn't tell someone to ignore them.

We need a Luke Series now, the strongest jedi.

i would love to also but i think the point of his appearance here and ofc the horrible sequel trilogy was to say that he pretty much just went and did his own thing he didnt do anything for the huge to impact the galaxy until rey finds him besides starting his school. and even then he was just living almost in like exile until he was actually in exile after kylo ren. i never read the comics my theory is based solely on what ive seen in the shows and the movies so i could be horribly wrong

@@alvinmatsil1304 This is not in continuation with the sequel trilogy, this is a separate series, it's following more of the Star wars legends. He's actually doing this because the sequel trilogy was so poorly received by fans and pushed fans away from Star Wars.

This is way better than the last 3 star wars series.

Listen carefully! This is the heart of star wars. In the late 70s, in the 80s, and today. The force is the force! T imeless, Formless, always there and always........neutral!

Thank you for this moment of pleasure! Less than 2 minutes was better than the entire new trilogy.

I really wish sequel trilogy was directed by Favreau and Filoni, they would have give the old Luke more importance and strength

f'ing heartbreaking what Disney has done to starwars .... we get these beautiful glimpses of what starwars could be ... then we get .... heartbreak as our heroes are deliberately degraded and abused.

If they make Grogu come back and become the new Jedi Grandmaster, I won't forgive what they did to Luke. But it might make for a little bit of healing. Rey is clearly gone, she's off wherever and nobody wants to see her again. But Grogu? They've got something here. He'll still be a relative child by the time Rey is dead.
