If you were that good, you would be a head trainer somewhere in professional sports. It's funny you think a guy that's 6'8" and 240lbs even has room to lose 75lbs. Did you ever think that he maintains his weight around 230-245 pounds because the game of basketball is a physical sport and he needs that weight to be physical back with the defense.
