31 minutes in an exhibition game after struggling so much physically during the playoffs is a slap in the face as a Luka fan. The Mavericks will lose again because this guy can’t pace himself and take a break, and Slovenia isn’t good enough to win anyways so it’s a waste of his talent. I have been a huge Luka fan, but watching this made me sick to see him ruin his chances at another title. He needs rest. I think he is losing me and probably other NBA fans by doing this. I’m considering giving up on him and not buying a jersey like I planned to. I took zero joy in watching this and I couldn’t even watch the whole thing. That’s a first.

I think noone is too concerend if you don't buy his jersey. I am from Slovenia and I also cheer for Dallas and would like Luka to have some rest and have some time with his family. But this is his choice and he looooves to play basketball, these guys are also his friends from when they were growing up so... I think he is great for doing this for our country, no matter if we don't even qualify, it is what he always said means so much to him. And he is a man of hiw word.
