I still have no clue why the Velvet Ropes on the movie set floor keep shaking around like that.
I assume that your definition of "Mid-Boss" is "non-boss ghost that has a cutscene prior to its fight." Otherwise, I'd have to question why those two Hammers in the weight room of the Fitness Center or the big ghost brawl with added laser support from the Master Suite aren't here.
