That's not true. Once security saw the footage, which they would've had to in order to know what was bought. They should've called the police and the county can decide to pursue charges even if the victim is not cooperating. And that's coming from someone who's been in a dm situation and DIDN'T want to press charges. The state can still decide to pursue it.

Vlad gets this wrong often. Someone does not have to press charges in order for someone to be arrested. There’s no law that states that. Crimes can be prosecuted without a witness present, it’s just tougher if it goes to trial. DV victims often recant their statements so they’re often prosecuted without the victim. Pressing charges has nothing to do with it. However, statute of limitations does apply.

So in other words, lunell doesn’t know what the fk she’s talking about and is just yapping out of emotion… Then when she realizes she is wrong, just stands on the race card and bull crap hypotheticals….got it. Women ….
