They say your entire life flashes before you during a NDE(near death experience), If ever there is a song in the background for those flash of images/experiences, this must be it. It starts with ignorance (as a baby), blissful joy(as a innocent kid playing at the park or riding a bike thru the forest), fast paced life(building your character, studies, challenging yourself and succeding), littke hurdles(setbacks in life), joy (in small things like a butterfly, or an adventure), happiness (finding/planting a family), hurdles(on your life problems), waiting (for things ti get right, for the train), challenging yourself again, walking thru problems, new matured approach/situations/decisions and finally your train arrives, you still regret for few things you didnt do or coukd have done in a different way, either way you just have to find peace at the end. I was tryna search for this for days I saw it in a gym meme but I couldnt find it. Many searches led me to Interstellar cornfield chase and In the Shirt but I wasnt quite satisfied as it didnt hit. Then i searched up again and it was in a meme call bro saw the whole universe in the gym

I feel like Im running away. Whether that’s from a person. From a toxic relationship, from a lonely home or even from a certain emotion that have storming in my heart. This is the music that comes to your mind when you realized “Ive had enough” and you start running. Running away. Run and run. No turning back. You feel your heart beating so fast you thought it’s gonna jump out off of your chest. In the middle of the song you can notice that it calms down a little bit and thats the point where you slowly turn your head back not because your regretting it but because you need to know that it’s actually happening. Youre doing it. Finally, you found the courage you’ve been looking for deep inside your soul. And the climax of the song came back, you run again. There were hurdles along the way. Rain pouring. Muddy ground. Some thunders. But it doesnt scare you. Instead, it excites you. It fuels you. So you run faster. Faster like the wind. And you slowly pace down. Catching your breath. Still your heart is beating fast. You look up the sky. You smile. Your heart smiles. And that’s it. You’re free.

This song invokes deep emotion in all of us. Sadness, hope, loss and even happiness. 2 years ago, I was only 15 and lost my mother to cancer. Since then, I was spiraling into anxiety and depression. I was fighting demons in my head whose only goal was to end me. I have harmed myself in so many ways that have lead up to scars. One day, I had enough. I was tired of these demons pushing me to my end and I had to fight back. So I decided to join a gym and learn disciplines that would help me fight against them. And just when those demons thought they could get to me, I have my gym friends who I am proud to call them my family. I don’t train alone, I train with my gym family. We lift weights together, we ride together and we always stick together. I’ve only known them for 6 months. The bond we share reminds me of the bond I once had with my mother. Whenever those demons try to come after me, I won’t be facing them alone this time, my gym family will be with me. I’m 17 years old, and soon to be 18. My gym family is a sign from my mother that she is still looking out for me. I’m still fighting these demons to this day but as what my gym family says: “There is always light at the end of a tunnel”. I see the light, it looks far but each day I am moving closer towards it.

My mom also got cancer but she beat it. Unfortunately I felt depressed knowing she had cancer I was scared if she would die. But my grandpa died to cancer though so I know what it’s like losing someone important in your life. I also had to deal with it as a 10 year old. ❤

Sabe, a uma semana atrás eu ouvi essa música, e chorei. Chorei não por felicidade, alegria, memórias, nostalgia; chorei pois essa música trazia do meu âmago e me lembrava da depressão que tinha. Chorava pois pensava estar só, mas, como homem pecador, estava errado. A dois dias o Espírito Santo me iluminou, tirou minhas mágoas, minha tristeza, minha maresia, minha solidão, minha depressão. Foi como um toque divino, algo que por mais que acreditasse possível, nunca achei que aconteceria comigo. Hoje agradeço a Deus por tudo que ele me proporciona e por ter me feito outro homem. Comecei a ler a Bíblia no mesmo dia, criei o hábito de rezar às manhãs e às noites, passo o dia pensando na graça do Senhor e como ele me ajudou espiritualmente, algo que não tinha o costume antes. Sou como todo homem pecador, mas espero que, algum dia, alguém que passe pelo mesmo que eu passei seja igualmente iluminado. Hoje voltei pra ouvir novamente essa música e confesso que, apesar de não ter chorado, me sinto extremamente emocionado ao escrever isso dedicando minha vida à graça do Senhor, não relembrando minhas mágoas passadas, mas recordando o eterno sacrifício que Deus fez por todos nós, meros pecadores.

Interesting because I really don't hear it this way. It's beautiful but sad and depressing. It makes me want to think of my past experiences and cry, quite frankly. I don't find this music comforting.

Love this. My 3 year old uses this as her calm song. When shes stressed, oversimulated, high fight or flight she asks for her calm song and she we use it to breathe and dance.

Me with depression listening to this mesmerising yet heart wrenching music at 4am for the first time

The video itself, I suppose, is about the simple things in life. It's also nostalgic things. It's stuff people would take for granted. The music evokes sadness and joy. It evokes stuff that we would normally ignore. The simple things and special parts in life and the that we share with family, friends, and lovers. There is so much emotion, I would interpret it like that.
