Ludicrous Dover High-Rise Elevators @ Bellagio Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, NV

I got so lucky to ride these beloved Dover elevators! First, getting through security guards who check for key cards. Second, getting to the top floor because there is a huge party in one of the penthouses. As for the elevators, thank goodness that they did not get any cancer updates! They run at around 1200 FPM and the only modifications that they got, as you can see, are Janus Safety flashing edge sensors and LED replacement floor indicators on the lobby.

You got to the 36th floor which felt complete, and somebody's guest room is on that floor which is good news, and they go like 6 m/s which is quite fast, and the key-scanners there only work for the floor your guest room is on, they are smart keyed.

Those fixtures are also in the Mirage and they used to be on the TI.

Thanks Alex! This hotel is also very iconic from Ocean's 11, and that movie puts a place in my heart. Sneaking into the elevators makes me feel like I'm robbing the house! And yeah that party should not exist during the height of COVID
These things are just amazing. Ez bucket list for Las Vegas which I might go to this summer

This, Aria, and Mandalay Bay are the hardest. I couldn’t get into the Venetian because the guard makes you scan key cards in front of him.

Definitely. Especially the Mandalay Bay. Not only that, but also during the pandemic, the hotels only wants guests in the building.

@@elisavator3856 I had to sneak into the Mandalay Bay tower elevators by going onto the floor underneath the casino and I got lucky because the security guard was on break. After that, I got in and out, no problem.
Won't ask how you got thru but these are absolutely incredible!!!

Just the usual way of getting into Vegas hotels lol. These Dovers are the very fancy and fast!

When I do go I will most likely stay in the Trump as they have OTIS that are 1,600 feet per minute and it’s a nice quiet, non-gaming and non-smoking property

@@traction1519 Yuh that, the Elara, and Vdara don't have casinos and are very alike as they all have Elevonic 411. Unfortunately the Elara became key carded as I heard from other people.
The buttons remind me of Montgomery Square buttons but bigger. I forgot what type of fixtures these are.

All elevator banks at Bellagio are restricted, cannot access any floor unless a non-expired key is swiped successfully.
As of 2022, it is now being modernized by ThyssenKrupp,
