Oh my goodness, I love the entire deer family but that Lucy and that sweet little tongue hanging out is just the best! I know in years past the deer in our area didn't mind munching on my garden....Lol! I wonder if they would eat kale or greens of some kind? The deer in my area would eat anything and everything in my garden and I think they were standing off in the woods watching me and laughing at the veggies they destroyed! Happy New Year to all your Deer Family! I live in PA., we have young deer in our Local Park, who are not afraid of people or dogs, as long as they are not barking. I like to stop and watch them, as they watch us. It is amazing, neither of my dogs scare them off, eventually the herd wanders on!

Thank y'all so much for sharing with us! Y'all's place is so beautiful! And y'all's love of the deer 🦌 is so awesome! I have several families of deer, that I have been watching in my woods and yard. But nothing compared to y'all's. I have several feeders out, (Triple Grip brand- has corn, soybean seeds, almonds, different kinds) and have been putting out in different locations, carrots, cheerios, grapes, apples, pears, fresh corn, and different kinds of greens..(lettuce, turnips, kale, etc...) Still haven't been able to find the deer food you feed. I live in Northwest Alabama. I have watch 3 different doe, 2 of them had twins, (1 set is button bucks now) and 1 set is doe) the other momma had 1 doe) and they all were born around March 2020, but noticed a week ago on my trail camera, another doe has came and she has a set of twins, and they are really small, and still feeding on their momma. Deer are amazing animals to watch...I just wished I could hold them and love on them...but they wouldn't be afraid of other humans, so I will just love them from afar.....thank y'all again so very much.and may you and yours be greatly blessed and highly favored!

I'm so glad you share these videos with us. You're so lucky to live where you do and to get to be around these beautiful animals. I watch videos of goats too and I just love to watch these animals play together. I wander what the deer and goats would do if they were raised around each other? Maybe you could borrow some of Daniels goats from Arms family homestead. Maybe I'm just being silly right now, but I just love watching animals play together. I'm so thankful that God not only provided animals for our food, but also for us to enjoy. I'm 68 and retired and have a cat and she is such a good companion for me. I also love watching these animal videos cause they bring so much joy to me. Thank You for sharing these videos with us. Wow those bucks are amazing... How pretty Oh my that Nina is a crazy girl. I know that feeling your talking about Chris. When your daughter is missing for too long.... I think that girl Nina is going to be in trouble, she should be grounded... Chris they will eat soaked oats... not oatmeal but straight oats soaked in hot water. It's easier for them to digest. We used to soak oats for the horses and add some molasses. They'll love it. Thank you for the deer update.... Love you Chris

Glad you take good care off them. People don’t understand how you can take care of these beautiful creatures and hunt at the same time. There is just a duality to it. You keep the herd healthy by feeding and culling. May you guys stay healthy in these weird times.

Jimmy... when I was a kid, we nicknamed my little brother "Jimmy" because we would stick him in the middle of our jonboat and he would still catch more fish than us. You were his favorite fishing show host and he could sing your intro song from the 80's word for word. Thank you for doing this channel (Chris, thank you for taking care of everyone (especially Jimmy))! Please make a canopy for Lucy so she doesn't have to lay in the rain!! Also, thanks for the rut updates - hopefully Milburn returns home soon. Lastly, does the rut seem to be running a little late this year? You've still got a lot of "yard action" going on

I love watching all the deer. Yall are really living the good life. Lol. I'd love to be living right there with the deer. Yall are amazing with them.

I'd like to see any video about Lucy's injury, and how she overcame it with your help. Add a warning graphic" for squeamish viewers. It would add another level of amazement of how not only rescue pets have an enduring appreciation for their lives being saved; but to see a wild animal experience it... would be more miraculously heartfelt. I can only speak for myself. (I've rescued animals for decades, and have deer walk into our backyard.... where they do NOT belong, but they seem to like me. Blows my mind every single time.) Does anybody agree about Lucy's journey to recovery with Jimmy and Chris?

Ministry takes on different forms, and the care of God’s creatures is one of yours. I often tell people “God’s love for animals is immeasurable, after all the landscaping was done to our universe, he made the critters.
