Luckiest thing that happened to me: I was coming home from work, and it had been raining freezing rain. After getting some gas, I went down a side road and ended up hitting a patch of ice. Spun around and ended up facing in the exact opposite direction. Took that as a hint to take a different, more safer route home.

I know in some places that if your neighbors tree hangs into your yard and causes issues of any kind, you are allowed to trim it, as long as it doesn’t permanently damage or kill the tree. This was on an episode of the peoples court a while ago. Don’t know if it pertains to any fruit bearing trees. But that does suck that they don’t share like you have.

5:19 the man with the lightning actually happened to my Mom a couple of days before her wedding to my Dad. It bounced off the ground and into her umbrella. She like the man in the video was just spooked more than anything. So I can say yes this happens and not everyone hit by lightning dies. I am living proof as I was born 2 years later.
