I haven't tried. You can try with one stalk. If it grows well then you can shift whole plant.

Yes it absorbs super fast. There is no limit in buying plants 😊 But learn the techniques with one plant and then add on.

I'm not sure whether it will thrive in fishtank. You can use aquarium sand or pebbles to give support.
