Open the RK Driver Assistant and install the USB driver. No need to connect anything during this process. Restart your computer after the installation is complete.

So, I'm struggling get the pro-max to connect. If I hold the boot while connect to the PC then release> The PC makes the usual tone of a device connecting, but then when I open SocToolKit no usb device is shown next to USB in the menu> Also no red light is flashing on the LuckFox Pro-MAX, but if I just plugin the device without pressing boot the red light flashes> Tried different computers and different cables. Any help would be great

Have you remove the SD card while press hold boot
When i connect my luckfox pico pro/max to the computer it connects via ethernet for a while then it automatically disconnect , can you please help me ?

Hey man, thanks for the tutorial. Unfortunately im still not able to reset my luckfox pico plus. I got couple of questions though if you dont mind. - How long should we press and hold the boot button before connecting to PC? also My pico plus disconnects in about 20 seconds after connecting to PC - When I open the rockchip toolkit, on the USB section it doesnt show Maskrom 373, its just blank and when I press Download, it only shows "No found any device". What am i doing wrong here? Thanks in advance

Press and hold connect to PC then release I think at least 2 seconds. If it cannot show Maskrom 373 it cannot detect do your usb cable allow both data / power ? try this usb cable with a phone if it can show the photo album then data ok
