Growing up in Zimbabwe with my Malawian parents, I grew up listening to his music and singing word for word. Every time my mother went to Malawi in the 80/90s, we were guaranteed that she would bring Lucius Banda’s music on cassettes and that brought him closer to our family like we knew him personally. I still listen to his music today and he just blesses me. He will be sadly missed. Rest in peace Soldier!!🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
