Lucilius Offline in Under 5 Minutes Without New Sigils (Lancelot & AI) | Granblue Fantasy: Relink

"Speedrunning" Lucilius (The Final Vision Proud Quest) in offline mode with Lancelot and AI.
Builds are included at the end of the video. My AI members are decently (but not fully) built.
I wanted to push clear times while farming for the new sigils. I chose not to use the new sigils in order to mimick builds that someone who hasn't farmed Luci could have (just an arbitrary self restriction).
My target was sub 5 min so pretty happy with this run, though there are still lots improvements that can be made in all areas (RNG, execution, team setup, etc). Average clear times with this team are 5 to 5:30. Note that these are "ingame" times so they do not count SBAs, cutscenes and certain enemy phases like Final Rebellion.
Build notes:
- Flight over Fight build on Lancelot, with full damage including Glass Cannon.
- Full damage builds on AI, again including Glass Cannons.
- I take a good amount of Stun Power on everyone to help with triggering Link Time quickly.
- Skills on AI are probably not optimal. I know Zeta typically runs with no skills for higher overall DPS but she was dying too often for my liking without a ranged skill.
Fight notes:
- Push him to 85% ASAP where he will trigger Seven Trumpets.
- Doing Labors is faster than not doing them.
- Save Fullburst for the Paradise Lost Labor. Don't forget to use the AI SBA Auto/Hold toggle to manage this.
- After Trumpets, Link Time him to 60% where he will trigger Final Rebellion.
- After Final Rebellion, Fullburst him to 30% where he will trigger another Final Rebellion.
- Link Time him from 20% to 10% to skip Gopherwood.
- Finish with another Fullburst.

the AI in this game is really good! not only at dodging, i'm surprised they take care of the boss mechanics as well

Yea it's a nice touch having them actually do Labors, though they can be super inefficient. Better than nothing though.
Guess we know what's next on the Nerf list

He's definitely easy to use to do well with. He also has some SBA chain lock strategies for those into that kind of thing.
How did you get the critical hit rate/damage cap sigils? was it a quest drop, or did you is it a transmarvel drop? Either way thanks for the video.

Pretty much all the desirable sigils are Transmarvel drops. Exceptions are war elemental, flight over fight and Supp DMG, which only drop from curios. You don't strictly need Crit Rate/DMG Cap though. You can mix and match subtraits with other sigils as long as you have overall traits somewhere.

You can also AFK the quest "worst vacation ever." That's how I got mine

Yea the AI team should be fine for any player character. They act pretty independently.
This obviously using the flight over fight sigil since its perfecr dodge even when hit at the end of the dodge animation.Ita the perfect sigil for lancelot and feels like it was made for him
is it a must to have high stun to be able to reach link time constantly?

I don't think it's strictly needed but it does seem to help with consistency.

How do you get 100% crit rate with just one sigil? I have sigil + stone on the weapon and can barely hit 80%

Which Sigils are you referring to specifically? Most are just from Transmarvel, though some are from Curios.

The other skills are DPS losses. In fact Zeta should run no skills for the most DPS but I found that she dies quite a bit in this fight without a ranged skill. And with only 1 (or no) skills, running Less Is More sigil is great.

And when they get hit they usually insta-die anyway so dizziness doesn't matter most of the time.

I use lancelot to farm this boss afk with a turbo controller. Easy grind.

Im assuming you just spam his dodge with fight or flight and let the ai take care of it?
You're kinda too dependent on the Invincibility proc, but good fight tbh

it's primarily flight over fight interacting with his special attack that's the main problem. my guess is they'll stop that sigil from working with it and only with the standard dodge.
