She is spectacular, I sparred with former Carbin student Tyrone Spong a few times and be decimated me like no one else since I was pretty young. Like first Jiu Jitsu class sort of thing. She’s extremely skilled, though I like to move more as a pad holder (I guess it’s moot?)

those are the most technical pads combinations i have ever seen

Do y'all low kick with the upper 3 quarters of your shin or the lower shin or do y'all do both?

Both, but with rear leg it’s risky to use lower shin. Inside is safe to stay long, same as open stance, going outside lead leg(s)
