Theory: Quinn wanted to start the Jasper cult to take over Jasper’s life because he died as a baby. He probably saw the pampers box that Jasper was on for the short time that he was alive, and it’s one of his few memories from his real life, so he tried to grasp at one of the only familiar faces he could find.

Oh man yes, this is so good, I'm so glad it's finally all in one.

ok so somewhat spoilers for the rest of lucids one of my favorite little details in this is that at the end of Jasper, Quinn and Jasper switch back their jackets, but not their shirts. for the entire rest of the series, Quinn is wearing his own jacket and Jasper’s shirt, and vice versa; they always have a piece of each other with them, and in a series where outfits are literally the only way to differentiate characters it really shows how much they’ve impacted each others’ lives

This was a great refresher, I feel like I get it so much more now that I've had time to remember which characters wear which outfits. You know, since they're all Nicholas

Fnaf 1 is a sequel in time, but a prequel in games. Fnaf 2 is a sequel to fnaf 1, but a prequel in time to fnaf 1. Fnaf 1 takes place in 1993, while fnaf 2 takes place in 1987. When you think about it, fnaf 4 is a sequel to fnaf 3, but is a prequel to all of the fnaf games, except for fnaf sister location's mini game about Elizabeth Afton's death.

The fact that if you told someone this story they would say "cool dream" and then when you say "it was real" and then disapear you would be in someone's #1 weird story to tell at a party.

Oliver's dreamlist talks about pitching "Lumber sweats and the sweet meat chronicles". The same show Quin and Jasper were talking about! I just noticed

i miss this universe so much, one hell of a ride. I've never seen anything quite like it. cinematography is so special and nick has so much talent at every aspect of it. I'm so glad we got to witness talent like this for free

So... I just watched these all in presumed order (starting at 1 & ending here) and I must say, it has been quite the interesting journey. The way I was taken from confused to fully understanding is masterful. Spectacular job

you know... it all would've made so much more sense if I had seen this BEFORE I had watched Lucids. Unfortunately I wasn't smart and didn't check to see if there was a proper playlist until after I finished the series (I was trying to send it to my friends to watch), so I only found this when I found the playlist. this has resolved (pretty much) all my confusion

Here for my accidental weekly Friday night rewatch and wanting to get this under the wire before episode five drops. Even though it's probably not consequential, here be spoilers for Lucids episode 2 onwards: I had always thought Quinn ends up in Jasper's dreamscape here simply because he's from a different reality level than him and gets dragged along (like Oliver is with Benjamin), but I just noticed that he JUMPS at @5:05. I'm not sure if it's on purpose or by accident though; I was thinking that he learnt to jump ages ago (maybe from James), but a lot of his reactions during the jump chase in ep four makes it seem like the whole thing is novel to him so idk. Anyway, can't wait to be slammed over the head by episode five tomorrow morning! (Also, I've been trying to figure out what Mrs Hills' plot line reminds me of, and I finally realised it was Next to Normal (although as much as I love N2N, given the choice, give me intertwined dream jumping intrigue any day) Edit: OH MY GOD is the background music in Wholefoods an elevator-music-esque version of Sedona?! Edit II: I was wrong about the music; apparently it's the Pigeon Song!

god I still remember getting the very first episode of Jasper on my fyp and thinking it was hilarious as just a one-off bit, then after I followed you the episodes began getting posted and I realized how much bigger this was. it was a real treat getting to watch these come out in real time and then eventually move to KZread, I absolutely adore this series to this day

well, i had to watch the whole thing twice and return back to some parts and read comments and still figure some shit out on my own and i finally got it. this is the best thing i have watched EVER. genuinely the best, i had so many AHA! moments and the characters were so genuine and real and i’m just in love. so glad i watched this for three hours on repeat, this is the best thing literally ever.🖤

i think 2 people were dreaming the same dream, thus 2 apples and it was so that from that point on benny could go to the ppl with the apples to get to the dreamers reality, if he had continuously gone through dreamscapes b4 that point he could have never resurfaced without going back on himself :)) the only other way to resurface if following dreamscapes would be him sharing a dream with someone else which we know isnt true
