But when he's capable of much more and WWE jobs him out, that's a disservice to his in-ring abilities. He needs to be paired with a really good manager who's good on the mic. Like his old days in Lucha Understand. That's why Conan was his manager, that's why he didn't talk, that's why he wore a mask. Because he quote/unquote "Has no personality". That's why he isn't doing well in the main roster right now. Because he doesn't have the charisma or the personality to connect with the audience. And Vince has lost his faith in him as a top guy or Hell, even a mid-carder. Right now he's an extremely talented jobber losing out to Retribution 😒

Most of the people in this highlight reel is currently with WWE, AEW, maybe Impact and NJPW

This organization used to give out tickets for free to go to their tapings. The tapings took place in the Boyle Heights Los Angeles area. You would be there all day just watching wrestling. Good times. Miss this show.

What I love about lucha libre is the high flying moves

This show came on the El Rey channel which was run by Robert Rodriguez, Danny's second cousin, so you'd find him around sometimes.

Excited to see your reactions to the next one😂

About the amount of high flying moves... Lucha underground needed every single impactful moves they could do to earn people's attention and respect, and after that they started to really tell a story. They continued to use high flying moves as their differential but added more emotion and powehouses to the matches. That casket match was the beginning of something that took almost 3 seasons to end. It was storytelling at it's best! Btw: if you guys have the guts, the final match of the first season is a literal bloodbath between Vampiro x Pentagon Jr. The match alone can't do justice to what the story was about. It's emotional in a twisted and dark way.

The black guy is Ezekiel Jackson, he was also in WWE

Man, you guys really should do a series where you watch the first few seasons of Lucha Underground. That show was one of the best things to ever happen to pro wrestling. So damn entertaining all the way through.

Lucha underground is awesome and I have not watched too many episodes but I will watch these compilations, John Morrison is just awesome he sells the moves with spins which is awesome and I am trying to remember the one commentator that use to be in Wwe great reaction guys keep up the awesome work and I am excited to see the next part

Chavo Guerrero is the nephew of Eddie and Vickie Guerrero also lots of famous wrestlers were in Lucha Underground like Johnny Mundo/John Morrison, Prince Puma/Ricochet, Brian Cage, Rey Mysterio, etc tons of great talent that are now in other famous promotions like the WWE, AEW, etc

I think you guys would love Lucha underground as a show, I got a friend into the show who wasn’t interested in wrestling
