After our #BarkoVlog from Masbate City we are now in Lucena City in the Province of Quezon to do a walking tour. Lucena City, Philippines is 1st class highly urbanized city in CALABARZON Region. It is under the jurisdiction of Quezon Province but it is politically independent from the province.
The city is the gateway to mainland Luzon ofthe island provinces of Romblon, Marinduque and Masbate.
