The bootmakers in this video should be very proud of their work, so much attention to detail, amazing and beautiful job!

Bought my first pair fit to order in June 2014 in Sante Fe New Mexico. It took 6 weeks and, let me just say this, the rich live good.!! my only pair I ever had hand made, they fit like a glove. Beautiful to look at and wear. Treat yourself once in this life to a custom made pair of Lucchese Boots. you will never regret it. To see this video, knowing these fine craftsman made them makes me appreciate them even more.

Totally Jealous!! One day I will be able to afford a pair. I'm fixated on Lucchese. And I've never had a pair on my feet!

Few things in the world are worth the money. Lucchese boots are worth the money. Ive had a pair for 15 years and just had them resoled this year. Some things are just well made.

@@brolyassasin8354 Mexican make the BEST western boots on both sides of the border. Most of them learn their craft in Leon, Mexico where the leather footwear from shoes to boots are second to none. Lucchese boots are made in the USA by Mexican craftsmen, while Tecovas are made in Mexico by Mexican craftsmen. That's pretty much the only difference. It makes sense though since the whole cowboy culture and way of life was created by Mexican Vaqueros long before Anglos arrived from the east.

@@Baron-nv1ez this is true! Plus the boots are made in El Paso. It just like nicks boots made in the pacific north west I bet most of their workers are white.

Great job! Lucchese is my favourite boots!

So far I have a pair of giant gators made in mexico & a pair of full quill ostrich & chocolate suede sheep made in usa. All of them comfortable, almost like my feet have custom formed footwear. Sometimes I dont even realize I'm wearing them them because of how well their fit blends to my foot. Some of the best fitting boots I've ever worn. Looking forward to buying more lucchese boots👏🙌👍👍

I Would absolutely love to try these boots...just once in my life! I have 3 kids and I can't afford to buy me a pair of these! People think I'm crazy the way I always talk about want to try me a pair of Lucchese! When my kids are grown and move out of the house...I will have a pair of these on my feet, until then I will just keep buying my 50-70 dollar work boots that I wear daily and replace then every 6-9 months! LOVE THIS VIDEO. Magnificent Boot!

well I have to say I did buy full quill ostrich Lucchese used boots, looks like brand new boots. they are the best boots I've own.!! and I have about 8 pairs of boots as of now. fits and feels kinda like tennis shoes. they are great!!! you guys do a great job!! thanks!!!!!

Most likely to seal the stitches because, otherwise, you’d have a bunch of threads coming out of the boot all over the place.

w1third Their "Heritage" line is made in Mexico. the high dollar boots, $600 and above or so, are made in Texas.

Vintage1976 actually no. The Heritage line is one step under the Lucchese Classics. Those are made in Texas. After that comes the 1883’s. If a pair says made in Mexico, it’s because they were soled in Mexico so Lucchese could sell them at a cheaper price point.

not the whole process at all, u cant fit that into a 2mn video. they barely showed lasting (most important part) and didnt show welting at all. I would expect youd want a coustom fit for a pull on boot? do they modify lasts there?

The front part òf the shoes seemed very low and tight for the feet to be fit in. The outside looking is not so bad.

Same as mexican 250$ exotic boots by hand . Nothimg special from luchesse .

If they only take 2 minutes to make, why do they cost so much?

Guzman, So you went for the cheaper option. You do know you are helping to ruin that formerly great country don’t you? No policy on earth, no legal document can ever offset the ruin people like you and your wife are bringing. I hope that makes you feel better. Also, stop calling yourself ‘Latino’ or ‘Hispanic’. The ancient Latins were a beautiful White people from northern Italy. Likewise, the Hispanics of Spain were a fine White people also. Claim your own, true identity. Call yourself what you are - a Mestizo. You are the product of Spain’s eternal shame. Fortunately many Spaniards of today realise this error. I have plenty of good White Spanish friends.

Rev. James C Well for one, you don't know that since obviously you have never seen me. My mother is white and my dad is light skinned from southern Mexico. I'd say I'm mixing the gene pool here, which is a good thing! White women are beautiful, I will give you that. Whether you like it or not, white women prefer us "mestizo, latin, hispanic" (whatever you want to categorize me as) over you pale white uninteresting men with no culture.

Guzman, I am well aware there are White people living in Mexico. No doubt the White - and Whiter - Mexicans are the people holding that country together. And a lot of help from the USA. The darker you go in that country, the worse it gets. Even you must realise this. Certainly Mexicans do. Mexicans prefer their whiter skinned compatriots, such as Canelo for example. I am completely opposed to miscegenation and there is no truth to this idiotic talk of White women preferring non-white people. The vile media promotes race-mixing like there is no tomorrow - for both White men and White women - yet the majority still prefer people of their own kind. Or (sadly) experiment with non-whites and regret it later. I will also acknowledge that a tiny amount of race-mixing won’t completely ruin a country. Even you - obviously taking a very anti-White position because you are a vicious little bastard - will appreciate that constantly polluting the White gene pool will ruin America. Rev. James C I am not anti-white whatsoever! lol My wife is white and I have white friends. You sir are a racist almost too dumb to even acknowledge it. It truly is sad that there are people with your type of mentality in this world, but to each his own. I will continue to be proud of my race and my roots. You actually don't have culture to be honest. What culture? Food? no. music? no. Hell, I am fluent is English and Spanish. Can you say the same?
