There is an app on android with exact name of the company but apparently not your app. Should be addressed

My robot stopped working after just a couple of months. It keeps giving out multiple errors, even with proper cleaning and maintenance. Currently it keeps saying "error 3, please check if the driving wheel is stuck", even though there's nothing on the way and the driving wheels are completely clean. Because of the error, the robot won't leave its place. Really frustrating.

Non si connette come posso fare?

Can you leave the mop on and have it vacuum

It will work, but we do not recommend it as it will significantly slow down the robot's cleaning speed and consume more power.

yes, I sent it back and got a refund. They need to get the product right before they sell it tbh @@versedavies

Same here, brand new and the first error was radar locked
