I also got both decks. Loving them so far. Shiranui is stronger but still favor luard which is still good and strong. The muti attack is what puts shiranui above in my opinion.

30:51 Regarding that card, I wouldn’t say it’s a dead card in the Shiranui matchup, because Shiranui players would opt to dominate a better rearguard than that. If they dominate the 6k g1 off the stride skill, it’s only hitting 15k, which is easy to guard. They’d be wasting their dominate attacks if they go for that, so I think it might be worth running still.

Interesting take on the card but in my opinion if I’m the shiranui player I’ll always dominate it and retire it cus it can just null one of my bigger attacks but maybe this is something the requires further testing also keep in mind shiranui has access to retire thru the g3 stride fodder I think personally it’s just not meant for this matchup and it’s for other 5 + attacks decks

@6:35. the cat is placed and effect activated during ride phase. Not the main phase. As such, maple should have been rested.

Gotcha easy mistake I misinterpreted the card as call as rest only during the battle phase

I thought the cb1 to call two unit from deck is only during the stride… so if you dont have a rg during stride you cannot do the skill… am i correct cuz i saw you stride put one rg and retire that rg to call two unit from deck

So the rideline g2 and the g2 maple fox this while your still striding before you can trigger the stride skill you call out the g2 of the rideline for a discard from drop or call maple from drop since striding occurs during your ride phase so maple would trigger and since all these effects are happening at the same time you can choose which to resolve first and vice versa
