Took him a week?! Took me over a year to learn 😭
The kickflip IS the most important trick, imo. I have a special place in my heart for this specific feel, each time I land one.

Tom Penny, Andrew Reynolds, and Luan are my favorite kick flips. So many other skaters who have beautiful kick flips. Sewa, Asta, Joslin, Mason, just to name a few more. Landing a kick flip down a set of stairs for the first time is an amazing feeling. The feeling of catching the board is amazing!

Jake Hayes, lizard king, Dennis busenitz so many good ones out there. Reynolds and Penny timeless ones for sure though
I freakin love Luan! His style is just beautiful and i definitely reckon he has one of the best kickflips in the business.

Especially with only a week of trying. It took me about 6 months of practicing to land one, 3 months to land the next few, and … I’m currently having trouble doing it again. 😅

If you can do it stationary you can do it moving, just go at a normal speed and it's easier to balance, you got this

It's actually a lot easier once you understand them, to do them moving. You get more stability while in motion.
