Probably the best lifter in the world for the past several years. Certainly one of the best built! The training shots always seem to be so much more interesting than the actual competition. Watching him load up to do dips was impressive. I had never tried them with weights in back, but it makes sense. The great Ivanchenko, Russian Olympic champ @ 82.5 in Montreal '76, was known for his incredible dipping strength.

Are u really such an idiot? Holy Shit thats a snatch. And he is a fucking world record holder in the snatch and total. In prep before competitions he frontsquatted 230 twice easily and had done a backsquat with 260 and a 3 second pause. So pls stop talking shit.

Flippser oh im sorry. But i dont think it makes that much oc a difference. Its only like first a deadlift than a squat overhead. If he did 260kg he probably didnt go 90 degrees
