Chinese would train adults regularly and use them as soldiers for war times but when its peaceful they dispatch them to grow crops. So you can say these soldiers are peasants but not entirely correct.

A lot of animations when two generals fight are repeated but the video creator made them different by recording from various angles, and adding cut scenes from other fights. That is so cool. Thumbs up for him/ her!

Actually as like you mentioned I used this technique in some parts, but this is about game's limited animations, especially with polearms (couldn't remember their weapons' name) but with sword vs polearm there are a lot of animation, more than polearm vs polearm. :) It's great that you realized what I wanted to make, cutscenes and other details, thanks a lot! :)

It's not just a 2010 series reference, also in 1994 series and in the original novels. 2010 series went way out of their way to explain the insult, 1994 series assumed audience was smart enough to figure out the clever insult.

I really admire your ability to capture the sensibilities of a particular scene. Especially the transition between the bombast of the previous day of battle and utter carnage in contrast to [Next Day] 's more somber and sad tones. Of soldier's boots marching over wet puddles and Cao Cao's morose expression flanked by marching soldiers. I think those images will really stick with me. Also~ Love how you incoporated the music into this. Good form as always pal.

Lu Bu didn’t know he was living in the era called “Three Kingdoms” by later people, back when Lu Bu was alive there weren’t three kingdoms yet either, technically only one kingdom which was Han.

Diao Chan's father schemed with her to take down Dong Zhou. He willingly gave her to Dong Zhou, where she suffered by his side. She then seduced Lu Bu, but after a long while, they actually fell in love with each other. Eventually, Diao Chan convinced Lu Bu to kill Dong Zhou. Lu Bu stabbed Dong Zhou in the chest in a palanquin during a parade, where afterwards the peasants mutilated Dong Zhou's body. One person felt pity for Dong Zhou and tried to have a proper funeral for him, but the gods struck Dong Zhou's body with lightning, knocking it off the funeral pad. The pitiful man put Dong Zhou's body back on the pad, but the gods struck the body again with lightning.

The 3v1 in the end was amazing; I can't believe how good the whole video looks!

Me playing DW4 and trying to beat true musou Gan Ning in my younger days, lol.

At that time, Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei were unknown soldiers (Guan Yu was a horse archer, Zhang Fei was an infantry soldier, and Liu Bei was a school captain), and Lu Bu was a famous general at the time. As a result, all three soldiers were able to fight the invincible generals of the world. You would also be surprised if three unknown soldiers defeated a character like Lu Bu in the game.

@Benjamin LI Except for Lubu's and Guan Yu's weapon, I think soldier's armours and weapons are quite accurate. T3K uses some Chinese 3k movies like Red Cliff for material references which in my opinion is the only Chinese film depicts late Eastern Han setting very close to reality. Hach and Slash game like Dynasty Warrior is only for fun and shouldn't take serious for historical interest.

@Benjamin LI The weapons and armours are most likely the same, but the fighting style? I highly doubt it. Though a choreographed fight is still better than DW's mindless swiping moves. Like, it doesn't even resemble any of Chinese's martial arts.

I think lu bu's design in this is better than most of his dynasty warriors designs. This look more accurate and cooler. The ones he wore in dynasty warriors looked way too fancy. Plus in those time he would have a top knot. Not a ponytail even though I do like his ponytail. Also he wears a cool red cape so more style points
