Nb: Of course the real temperature won't be really 192C at full load. You have to implement an heatsink as I said in the video. That resistive model is too far away from the real temperature of your device.
A more serious thermal model can be done with the Cauer Model with more expensive software (PLECS and Simulink with Simscape Eletrical package, which are not free)
