This video is helpful for my studies. I have one doubt that is, I want to measure the delay between two pulses. In the simulation, you have given as (D/Fsw). Kindly clarify my doubt about how to measure between two pulses and their values.

D/FSW Is the Period in which the switch remains on, while the other has (1-D)/Fsw. If you want to add dead time ( it's mandatory in a synch configuration) Just declare a variable .param dd=10ns and write D/Fs-dd. Simple but effective. Then you have the rise and fall time, which most of the time are set to 1n or 10n. These are the main parameters. The delay you are talking about Is the propagation delay, maybe? Between the driver and the actual signal which Is on the gate of the MOSFET? That delay depends on the value of Rg a bit ( It modify the rise time) and the driver itself

@@manoA98A Hi! Thank you for the reply. It's about modeling a 650 V to 900 V DC-DC converter with 25 kW power rating using a HF transformer and a simple MOSFET like the Wolfspeed C3M0016120K with TO-247 housing. It's an isolating full bridge converter.
