LTO, why is nobody there on the streets to force drivers to comply with the laws and ordinances? Drivers are the tyrans of the streets, they do as they please, there's not any control, nobody imposing violations fines or removing the licenses or taking their vehicles to city deposits. It's the Kingdom of the wheeled. Pedestrians are scared to even cross over pedestrian crossing lanes. Drivers are allowed to be breaking traffic rules all the time, to be disrespectful, heavy polluters, very noisy and dangerous drivers, risking the lives of everyone around. Useless are the agencies making laws and ordinances without any effort for their application in reality.

Sa dami ng kapalpakan ng gubyerno sa mga id at registration (lisensya, election id na di na dumating. nat'l id, dim registration, vaccine id, etc), ano pang ka engotan ang digital lisensya? Dami nga smugglers sa digitalization sa ports, dami human smuggling sa electronic airport visa system, ano pa another kababuyan yan?
