يجب صنع قالب حتى يجف يوضع العنب بين قالبين ويغلق من الجوانب لا يجب ان يجي الماء اللي في طين التقفيل على العنب

The kangina needs fresh, cold air, not too dry, not too much humidity and darkness in a storehouse, without plastic bag. The kangina is a "living material" need to "breath". Like in my country, Hungary, the ancient people made the house walls from this material, the name it: "valyog".

Not only on a physical level, but also on a mental, thought and emotional level. People who eat only vegetables, fruits, grains and pulses, supplemented with herbs, lots of nuts, almonds, cashew nuts etc. are strong, happy and balanced people. They are content with what God gives them, they have peace in their body, mind and heart. They live long lives. This long life, if one is "gracious to God" is lived with a perfect digestive fire, where the sacred digestive fire is able to create from the food a substance that produces special, angelic vision, hearing, wisdom... This is called a state of mind higher than the normal human level of consciousness. This requires a pure digestive system.

afghanistan people are actually persian only 30% are from afghan nationality , im also an afghan national living in greece , i remmber kangina when i was child , yes it should not be inside the plastic , plus the container should be smaller for less air in it should shape like a plate not a pot , and also should be perserved in a open area not underground .

I would love to see another attempt. I hope your next attempt is successful. I never heard about this process and am very curious about it. My family is originally from Poland and I live in the United States. My grandfather who came from Poland always grew grapes in the backyard.

Did it fail only due to the bags? I don't understand giving the moldy grapes to the fowl, wouldn't they get sick from the mouldy grapes? If you did this again exactly the same with no bags around the containers, would it work? Also, I think closing the container and then putting the mud around the outside to seal them as well would keep all the moisture on the outside. By putting globs of mud around the edges and gluing them together you in fact were sealing moisture into each container! Then by wrapping the bags around them you further restricted any moisture from escaping. I would really like the know the proper way to try this as I live in the desert in the USA. Is there any other food other than grapes which can be preserved by using this method?

Yes, my friend, my method of preservation was completely wrong, and in the second attempt I will succeed, God willing, and you can save all kinds of vegetables and fruits in the same way, but without nylon bags, and the depth of the hole must be a little deeper

بعد عدة ايام واول قطعه عملتها وكع عليها ماء لما اخرجتها من القالب هل من الممكن مانشف الماء بعد مرور كل هذه الفتره الزمنيه بعد مرور الايام

تعرف السبب شوو ؟؟ السبب انك عملت الطين بالاخير وخليته يلمس العنب والطين اخضر فيه ماء. .. الرطوبه تخرب اي شي با صديقي كان لازم تعمل الوعاء الطيني اثنينهم مثل بعض وبعد ما تحط العنب وتسكر عليه ما تخلي الطين الاخضر اللي تلزقه يصيب العنب لانه بعطب

السبب اولا البلاستيك ،ثانيا الكثير من التبن واخيرا ترك منافذ للهواء والردم وعدم ترك الاطباق حتى تجف تما ما . عن تجرب نجحت لاكثر من خمس اشهر ومن اول محاولة .

طريقة مملة وطويلة جداً من أجل إطالة الفيديو كل العملية لا تستغرق ثلاث أو أربع دقائق لماذا ١٨ دقائق؟ الكثير لن يجد الوقت لمشاهدة هكذا فيديوهات أنصحك الابتعاد عن تكرار المكرر من أجل حفض كيلو عنب كل هذا العمل المضني ؟ افتكرت أنك تصنع سيارة
