Same. One of the best sets of DNB I heard was when he played Respect in Los Angeles... A while back. Can't remember. But it was a fucking burner. I couldn't wrap my head around what he was playing. Amazing.

LTJ got them beats. I was in Germany and picked up a few of his CDs in the 90s and have been hooked ever since. I finally got to see him in Vegas last year. 🥰 I was surprised how many Jungle fans are here. Jungle on those club speakers, WOW.

Born 1975 , so i feel you m8...

I don't know how many times I have played this mix, but it's not enough. Today's DnB Producers/DJs could learn a lot from this Heavyweight Titan. He is one of the greatest to ever grace the DnB circuit. The curation of tracks is superb. The melodies, arrangements, layers, bass patterns, mixing-blending, and announced instrumental hooks and riffs make this set burst with musicality, passion, style, and that iconic Buken signature. Is he the GOAT? He just might be. 30+ years in the game and surpassing 99% of the newcomers in terms of pure quality DJing and production. LTJ is the DnB dapper DON!

Bro I saw him last weekend in Cleveland and even the sound in his mix was evolving throughout the set. The bass was getting deeper and deeper as the set went on and there was this whole arc to the sound quality, like the sound got wider and fatter and just more and more interesting as the set went on.

This music always sounds so friendly and human.

For me it all started in March of 2005, I was randomly gifted a pirated CD that introduced me to LTJ Bukem's sound. That summer my synapses along with my cognition and higher functions were altered forever.

My best Friend from Japan gifted me LTJs logical profession AB double CD set for my Birthday back in 1998. I been listening to LTJ BUKEM ever since !!

Remember seeing him in Exeter around 2004. Just gets better and better, less monotony and more jazz & harmony. More intense drops too

Just saw Bukem for the first time at Smartbar in Chicago last night. Stunna from Chicago was opening, did an absolute killer job please check him out. But LTJ's mixing and track impact was otherworldly. You can tell he's perfected an art. Never been to a dnb set ever, but my wife and I had a blast seeing the artist and DJ we love. If you get the chance, go see him.

LTJ Bukem absolutely one of the all time greats. Consistently makes the best driving/travel music I've ever heard. I think I was playing his Progression Sessions albums with MC Conrad for 4 straight years back in college, I never took them out the cd player.

Facts. The last 3 tracks of every single set he ever plays take you up a level/ a vertical detour and then he ALWAYS hits you with something . . . . that stops you in your tracks and makes you forget every problem you ever had. The GOAT !!!

I can't describe how envious I am of everyone at this event. A night of experimental bass music capped off by the atmospheric master that is Bukem. Bless up, another one in the books. My only wish is that I could buy this to play in my home stereo and car whenever I wanted. Thankful I live in a time where I have easy and FREE access to this wondrous music. Cheers.

Got busted with mushrooms on my way in to see the entire Good Looking Crew when they were in full effect late 90's at a ridiculous show in New Orleans!!! They were not having that shit, ha! Almost took my Houston ass to jail just because on premise. I was 18! And a massive, massive fan. Never got to see them again afterwards. 😢 You live you learn! Still here. All them years laters.
