Two lt25 Gheenoe's. Big Honda tiller motors. Silver one runs 38mph, green one runs 42mph.

The cavitation plate is 4-6" above the bottom typically.

yes, and 25hp is plenty for most people. I have had many hours on my boat and know how it handles and have spent plenty of time getting it set up right so the extra power is safe, but I do not recommend overpowering the boat.
