Take as minimal steps as possible the more steps u take the longer it takes to get to point A to point B and it also wastse unecessarry energy and in a game where the QB has only 3-5 secs to throw the ball and you are going to be running full speed almost every play your in being effecient and quick as possible is key

This looms so complicated i would have just said "f##k it im playing cornerback"

Weave dril or M drills, really depends on the coach. Everyone has different names for it, but its a basic drill.

Do anyone know about Episoketren System? Does it really work? I hear many people improve their soccer skills with it with this popular training course.

How effective is Episoketren System? I have noticed several awesome things about this popular training course.

The wide receiver position has been dissapointing... Very high level of expectations, very little has materialized! I wander why? Poor coaching? Over rated players? Both?

are you referring to the position in general? because it's been quite entertaining and efficient in game. though maybe it was different three years ago
