You won't find that kind of information so easily here. As in: don't just listen what a random internet guy has to say, even if it sounds impressive. LSD can be complex and overwhelming, challenging even. A friend of mine with depression said it helped him to "get out of the mindset" but became even more anxious when strangers where around during the trip. I'd advice you to find some information across the web. reddit/r/drugs and psychonautwiki are really helpful to get an overview over the drug. You will also find info on how and when to dose. The information is really out there and the topic is really interesting. While at it, check out Ketamine. It's also a psychedelic but recently has been shown to be extremely good at battling depression. I recently read an article saying its the biggest breakthrough in modern psychology for battling depression... Where you can find those things? Well I can't tell you here. But check out either legal research chemicals, ask friends who is into those things or do it most effectively by checking out the darkweb. There are tons of guides on how to get access, just be sure you don't mess up. And please know that drugs are never a sole solution to a problem. They make it easier and that can lead you to accomplish what you wanna do, but they don't do the "work" for you.

My first and only time was when I was 16, I cheated on my girlfriend the year before and completely forgot about it, I was very distant and rude to my mom 'don't remember why' and I was a major pothead smoking everyday like three times a day. So we decided to get some lsd and us being young and stupid was like hey let's get two tabs each so we got them, went to my friends house had a regular smoke session around two bowls or so and then we unwrapped the lsd from the aluminum foil and we just let it sit for around 15 before swallowing it, lmao I remember it tasting like pure metal cause of the foil and I remember hearing feel good inc. by Gorillaz which is when we first noticed the effects it was during the laughing part when we thought my friends poster with a smiling sun and little elves everywhere was laughing at us and all three of us was laughing uncontrollable like the first time we smoked weed. So it was all fun and games just having a good time, I was in my own mind feeling the greatest I've ever felt, and I have this weird feeling in the pit of my stomach like a very dark and uncomfortable feeling and I noticed my friends were whispering to each other, I asked what they was talking about and they said come here and talk with us, so basically the conversation was about the world's problems like war, money etc. And it literally felt like I was in a time machine and our conversation took us back into the dawn of human existent and I remember feeling so primal and strong and we starting talking about what started everything, so I had the thought maybe fear did, fear is what caused man to rise and fear is what will cause us to fall. Basically I feel like early humans needed fear to innovate and explore and just generally do things to survive for as long as possible, then we start having fear of things we shouldnt really put our focus on but we do anyways, I feel like we put to much into death, we can't stand the fact of not existing anymore so we have different religions and people disagreeing basically like we can't co exist because your believes goes against mine etc, so they both pretty much agreed spot on with some differences, but besides the point we reached a point where we was talking about present day and our own fear and how we miss being kids and some day we're going to be adults and have kids and be old and some day, well some day we're going to die, and that's when the whole trip turned into a living nightmare, after that thought crossed our minds it couldn't leave, basically we started crying not sobbing crying but like tearing alot cause we thought about the deaths of our loved ones the animals the trees even other people we don't know and including our own deaths we just let it all out, and I came to the realization that I truly truly love my girlfriend and I betrayed her and I just started sobbing uncontrollably and they asked what happened and I told them and they were shocked and they were mixed between me telling her and me staying quite, so fast forwarding to the end of the trip, I felt like shit, I felt like I was dying it was around four in the morning and I was exhausted but couldn't sleep and all of a sudden I've heard a female voice almost humming a lullabye a voice I've never heard but a voice I felt like a knew, like almost a mother-ish feeling and I just slowly fell asleep, when I woke up I went straight home and went to my mom and told her what I did and how I was so overwhelmed with thoughts and how I feel like humanity will end because we're all greedy and how I've been greedy and I hugged her and said I'm sorry and she didn't even know why I was sorry and I told her that I'm not as close to you as when I was a kid like I feel like I can't be close with her because my ego didn't want me to have a soft spot and I hugged her and I told her all my thoughts at the moment and she teared a little and said she hasn't seen my cry since I was a kid and she didn't know what was going through my head cause I've been nonchalant and just cold since I was around 10 until then and she hugged me and told me everything okay. I'm just realizing this is a KZread comment and I'm basically writing a book but I hope someone reads this but fuck it, anyways fast forwarding a few months later I built up the courage to tell my girlfriend I cheated on her and surprisingly she didn't leave me, she forgave me but I couldn't forgive myself but going into that in a minute, after I told her that a few days later I told my two close friends they told someone and that someone told someone else and basically everyone I knew knew I cheated on my girlfriend, then I find out my best friend one of the guys taking lsd with me was plotting against me to make my girlfriend leave me, basically our friendship died out he suddenly had this holier than thou mentality like oh I did lsd I'm better than you shit like that, so I stopped talking to him, I actually pretty much cut all ties with highschool besides a handful of people, so going onto my girlfriend I ended up not wanting to be with her cause I felt like I didn't deserve her so I basically stopped trying until she broke up with me, fast forward a year later after some events we got back together and I'm still with her now 4 years together, and I've came to realize life isn't about yourself life is about everyone else, don't focus your energy on making yourself successful try to make humanity successful, make this world a better place share ideas help people for no reward just live and enjoy life every else, I just have one problem, I'm still afraid, I'm still afraid of dying not for the fact that I'm in denial, but for the fact that there's no filter, I've accepted when you die nothing happens and the worst that could happen is I could go to hell for not believing anything and for that fact that no one really knows what's going to happen it's just theory, and we all hate each other for it, also everyday 24/7 I think about dying and I'm just turning 20 next week, I feel old and I feel exhausted mentally, everytime I smoke weed I feel like I'm on lsd and I'm on a constant battle with having a bad trip but I push through eventually and I think about my girlfriend my mom, my family and friends and even some day even my own children would experience life and experience death and it's sad but also beautiful and I also feel like us as humans put to much thought into everything that doesn't need explanation, we can't grasp the understanding of everything yet we continue to do so, then I think about myself and that's what I'm doing, I'm just human doing things humans do and I'm just like how long before we destroy ourselves and if I can't change myself from constantly thinking about death and really trying to make and excuse for myself then how is humanity going to stop hating each other when I can't stop hating myself, so like yeah this is only so long because I had flashbacks and I was really into my thoughts, but I guess I'm trying to say lsd was both a good and bad, I love the good but idk how to deal with the bad, more information about me is i believe there is a good I just don't believe any of our religions, I feel whatever created us is God if it was a random event or an actual being i don't know and I'm not going to act like I know, and well that's about my life from the past 4-5 years or so, I do hope someone reads this.

Many of the chemicals involved in LSD manufacture are heavily regulated and controlled. One need to have a dark room, a whole shitload of laboratory equipment and working knowledge of organic chemistry. LSD is in no way a "hey, just make your own at home dude" scenario. Mushroom spores on the other hand are easy to acquire*, fairly easy to grow and harvest, a little harder to microdose with, and, at least in my opinion, a far different experience than el cid. There are other hallucinogens too but they are harder to acquire. Most drug dealers know drug dealers who know drug dealers who know drug dealers ... start with the dealer you're most acquainted with, tell him/her/it what you wish to order, check in weekly (just once a week, don't be annoying) on the status. *Fun Fact: you can buy these spores OTC at headshops in New Mexico, no need for silk road or black market purchase. Some court case long ago in the state made it legal to purchase the spores, which you can find at places like Gas Pipe in ABQ, clearly displayed out in the open.

I'm convinced that responsable use of LSD can take your mind the next level of empathy, problem comprehension, philosophy, productivity and creativity. Instead of demonizing it, unbiased legislation, research and education should be done so humanity can benefit from it.

Modafinil has helped me code. Only use it sometimes when I have something big or abstract to take care of. I tried microdosing lsd before a big coding project and took way too much (probably just under a full dose) .It did not go according to plan lol. Live and learn.

The Jim Fadiman protocol is to take a microdose every 3rd day. The video said this guy takes a microdose everyday but that can't be true as he would quickly gain a tolerance and lose the effect.

@@blaqwitch7781 No. Visual hallucinations won't happen until at least a low dose, which is about 50-100 micrograms, and even then, the visuals are very minor. A microdose is only 10-20 micrograms. You shouldn't even feel any effects of the drug on a microdose. You will feel slight effects on a threshold dose, which is 20-50 micrograms.

The body's tolerance to LSD spikes very very rapidly. Usually it takes around 2 weeks of not taking it for the same amount to yield the same results.

Not entirely sure they want our solutions to the problems. Perhaps that's why the ban.

LSD very can lead to sever psychosis and paranoia, but interestingly most of the time in people who do not use it at all.

I get the same kind of clarity at times with cannabis but it sort of comes unconsciously. Ill be thinking of something then for a moment ill get a perspective or revelation that ill have to quickly write down. Of course its not as profound as it would be with LSD but theres a synchronicity between thoughts that is hard to tap into and maintain. I have to not be thinking too hard for this to happen also.

i think that thoughts like that are literally connections between two abstract events/ideas in the brain. lsd proves to increase "brain connections" so im guessing it gives more of those synchronized thought patterns i.e., more breakthroughs. maybe with meditation, one can maintain it

Wow I completely agree with this guy! I've also microdosed on Acid a few times before doing academic/cognitively intensive work and have found it to be highly beneficial. I write software and I feel as if I can grapple with problems in more creative ways than when I am sober. LSD is such an amazing chemical. At very high doses it can allow you to break beneath the conscious barrier that embodies you in your everyday life and allow you to explore your subconscious and ruminate about the human psyche. While tripping I am able to look at virtually all facets of my life in a very abstract way which has helped me reach solutions to things that I've always pondered. LSD is not some compound you do to get "high." It is meant to be done with intent and can yield very profound experiences to those who use it. People need to erase this nescience stigma toward psychedelics and approach using them as a tool and not just another recreational substances.

I don't understand why he micro doses the same dose every day, his body undoubtedly has built an immediate tolerance. you would have to double the dose to take it every day and get the same effect.

We have pot laws on the books in California, but we don't even have trials anymore. 8 years ago a father and son team in San Francisco was caught red handed with a pot grow operation after a fire, abundant evidence, no doubt of guilt. The jury acquitted. It was already on the ropes but that was the end of that law. Effectively jury nullification.

Microdosing is great. A definitive change in perception. Honestly seems to enhance my brains capabilities. Easier for me to get locked in mentally and my creativeness enhances as well.

i'm microdosing rn lol i would take a small amount before a review hour in math, remembered every single bit of notes!

Have you ever met a person and had a chance to talk with them about micro-dosing who uses it in this manner? I can tell you that it is not taken lightly. In this case, LSD is not considered a "party drug." The few who I have met seem to have more respect for LSD's potential than many have had in the past.

don't give those numskulls at silicon valley the cred for this. we've been microdosing for years out east and within my friend group since 06. it ain't new :p

I have been microdosing by diluting 1 tab in 1 ltr in water for one week. I have narcolepsy and it has completely helped my symptoms all around. I am alert throughout the day whereas I would be having sleep attacks throughout the day without any medication. I would like to know better ways to take it, and who can I bring my study to?

Depends if you're using it recreationally or using it to solve a problem, be it a project, emotional issue, general direction in life. If you're using it recreationally then you're unlikely to get much out of it. If you're at a cross roads in your life, there is a chance you could have a 'life changing' experience - but equally that is often played up. You might take it 5 times over a couple months before you start making progress..Each trip is different though, listen to it and you'll learn.

Dabbling in it as a teenager in the mid-late 80's, I always preferred half doses. I didn't want to get too far out there but just stay sober with all the accompanying enhancements of perception, senses, and clear thought. Before tempering the dose down I'd get way out, and while still enjoying the experience (not necessarily a high) I found I preferred dosing down, for the trip is of long duration. Warning, I remember folk who dosed high and often and eventually became very paranoid and rambling on about the many things in their thoughts even when sober. Some profound and interesting and other things strange. Also I recall a girl who at least didn't come down for a year. Some have told me of scary bad trips which I've never experienced. I've not met anyone who said they had flashbacks. I think it very possible that this experimenting for six years has affected me positively. My brain was super charged at higher capacity it seemed. The ability to focus is greatly magnified. Although the large amounts of input received can cause confusion if you don't focus. You could hallucinate and see anything you desire and you can control the hallucination and get rid of it and be sober instantly by choice (kind of)

Paul Gray They are both hallucinogens and depressants that affects mental functioning. Pharma uses narcotics as its base for medications thanks to a scientist who discovered this use. LSD and Marijuana could be used for medications treating anxiety and pain once the substance that causes that high hallucinogenic feeling is removed.

Narcotics are stimulants. Ritalin or Adderall is basically equivalent to a shot of Cocaine or 10 espresso shots in black coffee.

I had microdose like 6 or 7 times it only made me emotional than usual. got sad so couldn't work well.

Thank you for this video. It was very interesting. And to think that you could eat fungus on rye seed and do this. I wonder if anyone in the past learned to use really small amounts of contaminated Rye flour. I had my ADHD recently diagnosed (30+ years too late) and now I am prescribed Dextroamphetamine at 10mg 3x a day and it changed my life for the better. I can actually get things done and I deal with stress much better so I have little to no downtime. So after seeing how some substances can literally change lives for the better, I can totally accept the idea that there are lots of helpful things that we are being blocked from using as much as possible because the monopoly men do not want competition. An example of corruption is that I type in the name of the safest of all the amphetamines: Dextroamphetamine - and the Windows dictionary wants me to correct it to Methamphetamine...I suppose if I type in Cannabis the dictionary will tell me to change it to: "Brain damage". So much monopoly-man spam in life. I know micro-doses of Psilocybin are beneficial also. Too much and it quickly becomes toxic/too intense but micro-dose it and it helps you make better decisions because your ego doesn't affect your decision making as much: well, that's my personal 2cents on the topic.

I wonder if recreational drugs could be engineered to not only be perfectly safe, but would have a net positive effect on mental and physical health.

I would agree. I think the issue of addiction sometimes or even usually points to a deeper issue that can also manifest in non-addiction prone people in other ways. Social problems, issues with avoidance of people or responsibilities, or even serious behavior like violence. I hope that people can open their minds a bit to treat these problems rather than criminalize or demonize them.

I do not micro-dose LSD, however I do smoke cannabis daily, and it gives me these effects. I'll smoke a bowl before the shower, a bowl on my break, and I enjoy smoking joints in my shed at the end of the day, and I'll usually smoke 1-2 more bowls before I go to sleep. (This is not for anxiety, but rather on going stomach issues, and as a side, all around mood boosting) I think more studies need to be done on the regular dosing of psychoactive substances. Really I've known people who microdose lsd as well as many successful potheads. I would describe my experience as feeling more like an entity which is living in the mind, rather than a person in their body. I see augmented visions and situations as they are happening which lets me get more insight and perspective on what is going on around me. Sensory input is also more stimulating and intense, making many more activities tolerable and out right enjoyable.

Sure. Sure you will. Why, just look at any collection of people that do acid. Like Dead Heads! What a level-headed, productive, balanced bunch of folks.

As an ex microdoser, I can say it's an interesting balance between the cognitive plasticity that comes with a bigger dose, combined with the clear and prioritized sense of sobriety. So while it does essentially make me feel and act more intelligently, I gave it up because it always seems to make me feel a bit alien. Allinall it gave me a slight feeling of depersonalization, with an air of cold empathy.

phi 0318 It's diluted not pure. LSD is in micrograms aka 0,001milligrams. Test kits are widely available as well being on Amazon and such.

this is not smart, one thing they are not touching on is the law of diminishing returns, what initially worked in the first microdose would not work a year later and little by little that "microdose" becomes larger and larger...these people are advocating for the entire American work force to be on drugs and its the stupidest thing I have heard of in awhile

Dosing once a week will not increase tolerance. Someone who isn't me has been exploring the depths of LSD for years, and 200ug still feels like 200ug.

I guarantee a lot of it is placebo. LSD tolerance is insane bc you have to wait 2-3 weeks to get the same effects from the same size dose. You have to either give yourself a dose larger than the previous day’s or wait 2-3 weeks with the same amount in order to get the same effect.
