    I cannot share the rpm but the whole video is 0.005 seconde in realtime.

    You don't need to know the RPM. This looks like a static torque test. That being said, I'd wager it's zero rpm on the left side.

    I cannot share the RPM because it's an old showcase and I don't have the setup anymore. But, to explain the case: The left side is fixed (0 RPM and cannot rotate), and there is an initial RPM on the right with an applied torque. So, it's a case simulating a situation where the equipment is suddenly blocked.
