Hi Dustin Dunnill, my wife and I went to Maui on vacation about 10 years ago. We loved it, best vacation ever ! Anyway I drag race here in the states so first thing off the plane driving to our motel I here a commercial for a drag strip on the radio sitting at a stoplight ! I think it was on the Highway that goes past the pineapple plantation. It was wild seeing dump truck’s full of pineapples driving down the highway. Anyway it had a Drag strip, a Motorcross track and I think a go cart track. At the time there was no fence keeping you out of the area where you turn off the highway. Each track had its own entrance but there was a ton of room to play with RC’s before the entrances ! Tons of red Maui dirt just for Dustin to play on, lol. My friend you and yours lead a blessed life,so be thankful and enjoy ! Keep up the killer reviews Brother and Mahalo ! 🤙🏼

Glad to see no lava flowing down your street..on a side note, the low cg on the design sure looks like it would be glued to the track preventing it from flipping over.

Not my type of car but for the price the quality seems quite good. Better than some that are way more expensive. I really expected magic smoke on 3s but it coped and coped well. Glad everything in your neighbourhood is OK

Dustin..another fantastic video. It’s hard to believe that no one...except you...is ever outside riding bicycles, throwing a ball etc! You live in such a beautiful state...it’s a travesty that native are not enjoying the outdoors!

Awesome vid. I have this car but motor gets hot on 3s. You did the 3 second touch test. Eventually that motors gonna burn out.

Just following up. I busted my front shock tower and found a seller for it in Germany on ebay. Bottom line dont hit any curbs lol parts are hard to find

Lrp (known brand) dold out and this is the result . Still amazing. Looks like saved money on controller

This uses the same components as the ZD racing thunder trucks so have you had any problems with the differentials and slipper clutch like ZD cars have (I bought my ZD in January and I wanna run 3S without damaging the diffs,clutch, esc,motor)

I took this car to a friend's 1/8 track. We launched cars and trucks 30 feet for hours and this was the only one that survived without any issues whatsoever. Bulletproof 👍🍻

Thats an identical chassis as my 105 dollar zd 9106down to the blue driveshaft. Its obviously just a rebranded zd 9100series lol. Even the same transmitter, battery and charger. as the 9106.

sounds like the motor is way too close to the spur gear, and it slows down like it is too close, or the drag brake is at 1005

I should put Velineon 3500kv in this car .With this motor that will be a BEAST

you should buy that property out back of your house to build a track if it available

The difference was so obvious when you changed the batteries

like the features overall but dang that gear noise, some stuff just TOO tight. some of that to be expected with machine assembled "RTR" I guess. I'd have to go through it from end to end checking gear mesh etc. it'd been an instant tick off to me if I'd bought it, and it DOES look like a pretty decent 4WD buggy. noise = wasted power and speed loss!
