Does it damges records?
I have an issue when the song plays it skips some track . How can I fix it?

Not much bass with these, I know you can use amps but I havent.
I bought this myself and the record player doesn’t transmit the sound from records to the speakers, speakers only work with Bluetooth, do you know what the issue might be

I think I remembered some sort of a cover that was on the needle, did you check if it was off? Other than that I could not say, I would contact support if that is not it.

That is a bummer, I just finally gave mine away to my ex a couple of days ago, I never listen to records and she does all the time. You could always try an exchange, might just be a faulty unit.
