All this rubbish is happening because Peter Obi brought LP to prominence in 2023 courtesy of the Obidient movement. Now they can boast of a governor, senators, reps and house of assembly members. Much money now for NLC to go after LP for the booties. It's shameful that despite the many problems facing Nigerian workers NLC cannot fight for the workers. NLC is an industrial union not a political party, they should allow LP to do politics. NLC cannot be a trade union and same time a political party because of conflict of interest. Mr. Peter Obi should immediately leave this group cause they're worthless. A house divided against itself shall not stand. This self destruction act will ultimately bring the NLC/LP to an end. All these corrupt labour leaders making noise on television cannot show us any evidence of crime by Abure but mere allegation. Roundtable to discuss how money will be shared. These people are worse than APC and PDP. It's easy to criticise PDP and APC but look at the glaring corruption in LP. These people are not worth a dime

Why is Seun more intersted in Abure's sack and prosecution?

This Yoruba journalist Seun is putting more energy when it comes to the issues of the Labour party but romances the APC or does not even talk about their issues at all🤣🤣 Sycophancy everywhere.

Seun has refused to ask some reasonable questions. If the useless NLC owns LP, how come they never caused NEC or other crucial meeting to be convened to determine the way forward for the party? The entire issue is that they now have PO in their midst and hence expected enough money (a wind-fall) to be shared in the manner in which they share workers' monthly dues. The so-called owners of the party cannot sit at the party Secretariat to talk/resolve issues but run to TV houses to shout. The Nigerian media that cannot investigate the monumental corruption in government, the killing in the country but work with the demons in government to destabilize opposition. Useless people in a destroyed country!

Picketing means protest with inscription on plack card against organisation or government agencies.

NLC should be a neutral body representing all nigerians not a political party.but if LP belongs to NLC then hope uzodinma was right for dealing with joe ajaero in imo state but NLC president came to campaign for labour party. Nigerians never tell themselves truth

In most advanced countries, Labour Parties were owned and formed by trade unions for the benefits of working class of the respective countries. In some of the countries the relationship between NLC ( trade unions ) and Labour Parties are not as close as it used to be. Most of Labour Party funding used to come from Trade Unions.
